Our Team
My players are expected to hold themselves to the highest standards. Report cards and progress reports are to be provided to me upon receipt. Grades lower that a B will result in diminished playing time.
Players are expected to present themselves well at all times. Our team wears a presentation uniform to and from games consisting of a polo and capri pants. Our play speaks for itself, but the mental side of dressing in style and togetherness adds another layer of intimidation.
Soccer is not life, but what the players are thought will hopefully reinforce the life skills being taught by the parents.
Our Mission
CRodSoccer will endeavor to: Develop and prepare our players for the future, both on and off the field. Providing a positive environment for all soccer players to participate, enjoy and achieve success allowing all players to achieve an opportunity to play soccer at the highest level.
Philosophy
CRodSoccer’s philosophy is to provide a positive, competitive youth soccer experience for player and the parent. We emphasize long-term player development of physical, technical and tactical. CRodsoccer promotes a youth’s self-confidence and self-esteem beyond the soccer field.
We emphasize individual skill development, teamwork, game concepts and sportsmanship.

Know and do what is right, even in difficult situations. We instill an atmosphere of “doing the right thing even when nobody is watching” because doing this can teach patience, honesty, responsibility, dependability, accountability, and caring.

Treat others the way you want to be treated. Be considerate of others’ feelings and rights. Show kindness and encouragement for those around you. Accept others for who they are. Be thankful and listen to those who are offering instruction and guidance.

We will promote skill development and team play toward the goal of performing at the highest level possible and instilling a lifelong love for the sport of soccer.
