Training 4 times a week with a variety of drills, individual, group and entire team training sessions.
1st session: Physical-Technical training ( including a variety of stations, fitness, technical drills, plyometrics, coordination exercises and much more)
2nd session: Lots of small spaces, reaction drills and technical exercises.
3rd session: A variery of finishing drills along with game related games
4th session: Tactical day to prepare ( visual and field training) for weekend’s competition along with finishing drills .
